What can we say about Ms. Joy? Webster’s dictionary describes “joy” as a source or cause of delight and evoked by well-being, success, or good fortune. I guess you can take that word and add her first name to it. That’s how I would first describe her when we all met together in the beginning of our wedding planning. If you think you don’t need a wedding planner, think again! Trust me, you might think you can go with just anyone but it’s not the same. Our wedding was something out of a drama TV show. My wife and I had to different wedding styles in mind. Our families also had a bunch of ideas and traditions that they wanted to add too. It was a perfect storm and time was running out with the wedding happening just a few months away. We thought we didn’t need a wedding planner since we have planned all our trips and family vacations. Well, we were surely wrong about all that. We were also so grateful she took our wedding on short notice. She would call us daily to get some things done. She also e-mailed us and/or vendors on a timely manner to get all the paperwork out of the way. Ushas also followed up on important members of the wedding that were friends and family to make sure they did their part, so the pressure wasn’t going to fall on the wedding couple to be. It was the prefect wedding and it’s all because of her. We came to her with a complex idea’s and she worked her magic to bring our dream to reality. Thank you!!!
